Newport News Shipbuilding Talent Acquisition, in partnership with Accounting, has processed more than $36,500 in employee referral cash bonus awards since the beginning of 2023. To date, 30 NNS employees have received cash bonus awards for referring a candidate who was hired by NNS.

Employees can earn $1,000 for referring an engineer 1 or select trade positions. Employees can earn between $500 and $5,000 for other select positions.
