Newport News Shipbuilding Talent Acquisition is hosting a training specialist (levels 1 and 2) hiring event on April 27. This event is for entry-level and experienced opportunities in the Production Maintenance and Skilled Training (O26) and Radiological and Nuclear Skills Training (O67) departments. Qualified internal employees who apply will be invited for an in-person interview. Qualified external candidates who apply will be invited for a video interview. The deadline to apply to be invited for an interview is April 14.

Trade training specialists develop in-house training for NNS. Electrical, pipe fitting and welding experience a plus. External job seekers who are hired will receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
