Newport News Shipbuilding’s national championship Apprentice School Builders baseball team was recognized before the Norfolk Tides game on Saturday, July 11.

The Builders secured the USCAA Small College World Series title in May, earning the 2026 national championship title and tying the single season record for wins in program history.
