Please be aware that the U.S. Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Band is scheduled to perform a concert at Victory Landing Park this Friday, Aug. 25. As part of the performance, Howitzers – artillery weaponry – will be fired out over the James River around 3 and 7 p.m. Employees on-site should be aware as multiple explosion-like sounds may be heard over the shipyard.
