Newport News Shipbuilding employees will have opportunities to learn about company career development resources and learning opportunities during lunch and learn sessions in March. The new My Path site will be featured, and sessions will be designed for two audiences: individual contributors and managers.

Sessions for individual contributors will focus on how to build a career at NNS and pursue learning and growth opportunities. Manager sessions will provide guidance for holding effective development conversations with employees. All sessions will be held from 12 to 12:30 p.m. and will include time to navigate the My Path site and answer questions from participants.
