The Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Office is hosting its first-quarter HII collaboration panel discussion on the topic “Combating the Retention Enemy: Silent Quitting” from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Monday, March 13.

The discussion will feature panelists Gabriella Bishop, software engineer and NNS ANCHORS ERG board member; Xavier Beale, vice president of Human Resources and Trades and ED&I executive sponsor; Jennifer Perry, HR business partner manager at Mission Technologies; Amy Rowell, Ingalls Shipbuilding Operations chief of staff; and Rick Graham, HII corporate director of Security.
