Newport News Shipbuilding’s Audit and Assessment (K93) team will hold a lunch and learn to examine process auditing. The training is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 16, from 11-11:30 a.m. via WebEx. The discussion will center on the value of process auditing, how K93 performs this type of audit and the benefit to NNS departments.

The goal of this training is to improve NNS stakeholders’ knowledge, specifically how to participate effectively in an audit to enhance internal practices. Anyone who participates in a surveillance or audit can benefit from this session. All attendees are encouraged to provide feedback to improve K93 lunch and learns or suggest a future topic.
