Benefits Annual Enrollment Continues through May 3

Annual enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review your benefits, your family’s needs and to fine-tune your benefit selections for the upcoming plan year that starts on July 1. Visit HIIBenefits.com and log into your Worklife account, or download the Alight mobile app and select “Make Your Annual Enrollment Choices” to enroll.

Review your 2024-2025 benefits information on HIIBenefits.com, which includes:

  • The annual enrollment newsletter to find out what’s new or changing for the 2024-2025 plan year.
  • The HII 2024-2025 Benefits Guide for details about your specific HII benefits.

Attend the Virtual Benefits Fair through May 25 to learn about your 2024-2025 HII benefit options through a fun, online experience – available anytime, day or night. Visit provider booths and gather the information you need to make good benefit decisions for the upcoming plan year, as well as attend live presentations April 24 and 25 to virtually interact with HII benefits vendors and learn more about your benefits. Sessions will be recorded and available until May 25. Attendees can win prizes ranging from gift cards to Apple watches. Visit hii.vfairs.com to register.

You MUST take the following actions during annual enrollment:

  • Update your tobacco-use status. If you do not use tobacco or have completed a tobacco cessation program, you must update your status to “tobacco free” to secure $660 in savings on your company medical insurance. Your tobacco-use status must be updated annually.
  • Re-enroll in flexible spending accounts. If you use health care and/or dependent flexible spending accounts, you must re-enroll if you want to continue participation.
