Five members of Virginia’s congressional delegation visited Newport News Shipbuilding last week and toured the facility. Sen. Tim Kaine and U.S. Reps. Rob Wittman, Elaine Luria, Bobby Scott and Donald McEachin spent time with shipbuilders learning about Integrated Digital Shipbuilding and had a firsthand look at submarine and aircraft carrier work underway at the shipyard.
