Have you ever attempted to enter your time and the time clock is not working properly? Perhaps there is a jammed button or the signal is not transmitting. When this occurs, a time clock is not working properly and a trouble ticket should be called in. Please record the time clock’s asset number, located on the right side of the clock, and call 8-HELP (757-688-4357). Please report the time clock issue, the asset number and the time clock location. A ticket number is then created, and a representative will follow up on the issue and come on-site to inspect and repair the time clock, if necessary.
