Newport News Shipbuilding is committed to the safety, health and total well-being of every employee “Because People Matter.” The O18 Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Office, along with ED&I champions, the employee resource groups FitNNS and VERG, Benefits and Environmental Health and Safety, is partnering with QuadMed to host the first ED&I Employee Well-being Day from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. Dec. 1 at the HII Family Health Center.

During the event, employees will have opportunities to complete wellness screenings (Know Your Numbers), get flu shots and COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. Employees who schedule an appointment will be entered in drawings for gifts and prizes from QuadMed.
