The 2023 Gallup Employee Engagement and Stay Survey concluded last week. Results for Newport News Shipbuilding indicate an overall participation rate of 79%.

Beginning Monday, Oct. 16, NNS leadership will have access to survey results via Gallup Access. The ED&I Office will also begin Gallup Access training to assist leaders accessing and evaluating their team’s results. Please sign up on the O18 website on MyNNS if you are interested in attending a training session. Leaders and teams are expected to discuss results with their team and develop Business Outcome Action Plans by Jan. 31, 2024. For more information, view Gallup Resources.
