As a reminder, employees can still flex during the Dec. 19-Jan. 1 pay period (non-exempt employees must resolve flex weekly). All normal timekeeping rules still apply. Lost time such as PTO, AL, company pass out and salaried pass out can be entered and approved up to two weeks in advance. Make sure all elections for PTO, AL or pass out have been communicated to the foreman/supervisor and are entered correctly by the approval deadlines. Call-in, late notifications and changes for vacation will not be accepted.
Contact a member of the Payroll staff (Dept. O95) with any questions.
W-2 Name and Address Verification and State Withholding
Employees should review their name, address and state tax withholding on their pay stubs for accuracy. W-2s will be mailed to the address that appears on the check stub. The first and last name printed on the stub should appear exactly as it does on the employee’s social security card. If you need to submit an address change or name change, visit the HRIS website on MyNNS and click the employee information updates link for instructions. Changes updated in SAP by Jan. 9 will be reflected on the W-2.
Please review and verify your state withholding taxes are for states you have actually worked in for 2022. If not, contact Kerrie Smith at 688-8228, Debbie Burris at 688-2529 or Charlene Watford at 688-7754.
As a reminder, employees who claimed exempt for tax year 2022 must submit a new W-4 form no later than Feb. 9.
