L.E.A.R.N. After Work Presentation with Rob Check
Location: VASCIC Auditorium
The L.E.A.R.N. program and ANCHORS will co-host an after-work presentation with Rob Check, vice president of In-Service Aircraft Carriers (ISCVN) and Fleet Support. The event is open to all employees by reservation only. Register on MyNNS or through your foreman. The event is in-person and virtual. No charge is provided.

Back to School Skating Event
Location: Peninsula Family Skating Center (307 Main St., Newport News, VA 23601)
Roll into the school year and give back! The NNS School Tools Drive Kicked Off July 21 and together we can make a difference for local classrooms. Join the NNS ERGs and the Apprentice School Jaycees for a “Back to School” family-friendly skating event at the Peninsula Family Skating Center to help close out the School Tools Drive. Come enjoy great music, face painting, giveaways, games and fun, while ensuring every child has the tools they need to succeed this year. Accepted school supplies can be found here and donated at the event, where you’ll be entered to win a grand prize giveaway item for your donation. Register using the button above to attend. Space is limited. There is no charge provided for this event.
