O53 Logistics Engagement: Spring Closet Clean Out

Location: Bldg. 600 Parking Lot

As we welcome the arrival of spring, it’s the perfect time to refresh our spaces and give back to our community. We are excited to announce a Spring Closet Clean Out event, benefiting the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) and Samaritan House. We invite you to participate by donating gently used items you no longer need. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of the children and families supported by CHKD and Samaritan House.

Relay For Life of the Peninsula

Location: Todd Stadium, 12465 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA

Newport News Shipbuilding will join forces with the American Cancer Society, sponsoring the 2026 Peninsula Relay For Life. This community event unites cancer survivors, caregivers, volunteers and passionate people who believe in a future free from cancer. Everyone is encouraged to show their support and attend this event.
