PMSA Lunch and Learn: Using EVMS for Project Management with Brian Wolfe

​Join us for our upcoming Lunch & Learn: “Using EVMS for Program Management.” We’ll spend 30 minutes walking through practical ways Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts can strengthen program management – helping improve visibility, consistency and decision making across complex efforts. This session will focus on how we apply EVMS principles in managing our programs. This session will be recorded, and the recording along with the PowerPoint will be posted to the PMSA PDU Library page once available. No charge is provided.
