Fall College Recruiting Kicks Off

Newport News Shipbuilding Talent Acquisition is kicking off the fall 2022 college recruiting season participating in both on-site and virtual recruiting events at more than 20 schools and universities.

NNS will network with students attending Catholic University of America, Christopher Newport University, George Mason University, Hampton University, James Madison University, Letourneau University, Morgan State University, Norfolk State University, North Carolina A&T University, North Carolina State University, Old Dominion University, Penn State, University of Akron, University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Military Institute, Virginia State University, Virginia Tech, West Virginia University and the College of William & Mary. NNS Talent Acquisition is also recruiting at the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME), Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE), and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) conferences this fall.

NNS will begin accepting applications for 2023 summer internship programs Sept. 6. Students graduating this December or next May are encouraged to search buildyourcareer.com for entry-level opportunities.
