Newport News Shipbuilding’s Apprentice School is hosting its next FORWARD (Future Opportunities Reaching the Workforce Apprentice Readiness and Development) Pre-Apprenticeship event on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 8:30-11:30 a.m.

This event is for high school students and will include hands-on demonstrations in a virtual simulation lab, a short tour of The Apprentice School and an informative Q & A session.

Registration opens on Saturday, Sept. 13, at 8:30 a.m. Seats are limited for this event.
