Hispanic Heritage Month is Sept. 15 until Oct. 15. This year’s national theme is Esperanza: A Celebration of Hispanic Heritage and Hope. Newport News Shipbuilding’s Hispanic Outreach and Leadership Alliance (HOLA) employee resource group and the Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Office (O18) invite shipbuilders to celebrate the month.

A number of events are planned during the month – including a kickoff from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sept. 15 at The Rock with food trucks. See the flyer for a full list of events.
