HOLA aims to connect Hispanic employees across the shipyard to share their culture, experience, and become a resource and support for each other. HOLA is committed to promoting the development, growth and well-being of its constituency. HOLA’s activities include social networking and professional development. Professional development plans include English workshops to help shipbuilders whose primary language is Spanish, and for any shipbuilder who wants to improve their English skills.
