Dear Shipbuilders,

As 2020 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for the incredible work you have performed during a very challenging year. As I reflect on all we have accomplished, I am most inspired by the resilient spirit, innovative thinking, and genuine care I have witnessed.

While the pandemic has been difficult, it has forced us to quickly adapt, make decisions and take actions that will forever redefine our culture. Thank you for your service during an historic 2020, and I hope you will reflect on all we have accomplished as you watch our year-end video.
