The Know Your Numbers program at Newport News Shipbuilding helps measure and track important health data, including blood pressure and cholesterol. This provides a better sense of overall health and helps develop healthy lifelong habits.

The deadline to complete the Know Your Numbers program for the 2025 benefits year is March 31. Employees who complete the program earn a $600 discount on their HII Anthem medical insurance premium for the new plan year that starts July 1.

To complete the biometric health screening for the program:

• Visit the HII Family Health Center, located across from the 46th Street gate. Walk-ins are welcome.
• Attend an onsite event near your worksite.
• Complete the health screening with your primary care provider.
