The Know Your Numbers program provides awareness into your health numbers, such as blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, to better understand your health and potentially stop disease before it starts. Plus, you may be eligible to save $600 annually on your medical insurance premium.

The 2023-2024 Know Your Numbers window runs through March 31.

Salaried/non-represented Newport News Shipbuilding employees who are enrolled in an Anthem medical plan must complete the program by March 31, to secure $600 in savings on their HII medical insurance premium starting July 1.

The program does not impact medical premiums for hourly/represented employees. Hourly/represented employees and salaried/non-represented employees NOT enrolled in an HII Anthem medical plan can participate in the program on a voluntary basis to be entered into quarterly giveaways for prizes.

Eligible employees can qualify for a Know Your Numbers discount of $600 on their annual HII medical insurance premium if they complete an annual health check survey (formerly known as a wellness profile) and biometric health screening. The program is administered by QuadMed, HII’s wellness program administrator and operator of the HII Family Health Centers.
