Newport News Shipbuilding is not hosting an in-person event this year for Master Shipbuilders, a distinguished group of employees with 40 or more years of service. However, the company will still celebrate the Master Shipbuilder Class of 1981 next month. A special video honoring these shipbuilders and their four decades of dedication to NNS’ mission will premiere Dec. 10.
