Newport News Shipbuilding Talent Acquisition, in partnership with Accounting, has processed more than $120,000 in employee referral cash bonus awards since the beginning of 2023. As a reminder, employees can earn $1,000 for referring candidates who are hired for an engineer 1 position or select trade positions. Employees can also earn between $500 and $5,000 for referring candidates for other select salary positions.
