Newport News Shipbuilding Talent Acquisition, in partnership with Accounting, processed more than $125,000 in employee referral cash bonus awards in 2024. Numerous NNS employees received cash bonus awards for referring a candidate who was hired by NNS.

The top-referred salaried positions were electrical, mechanical and structural engineer. The top-referred trades positions were welder, machinist and marine painter.
