Newport News Shipbuilding Talent Acquisition, in partnership with Accounting, has processed more than $70,000 in employee referral cash bonus awards since the beginning of 2023. To date, 67 NNS employees have received cash bonus awards for referring a candidate who was hired by NNS.

Employees can earn $1,000 for referring a candidate for an engineer 1 or select trade positions. Employees can earn between $500 and $5,000 for other select salary positions.
