Congratulations are due to 95 teams at Newport News Shipbuilding who have achieved 100% participation in the annual Gallup employee engagement and retention survey after only three days. Roughly half of NNS employees have taken the survey, and the company is striving for full participation.

The survey allows shipbuilders to weigh in on important issues, and it helps guide leaders on the best strategies for recruitment and retention. Visit MyNNS to learn more about the survey. Employees with company computer access have received an email with a link to take the survey.

Employees without company computer access can take the survey at a designated time with their crew during work hours. The last day to complete the survey is Oct. 11.
