Newport News Shipbuilding’s newest employee resource group hosted a kickoff event last week at Coastal Fermentory with its executive sponsor, NNS President Jennifer Boykin, and other company leaders. The new ERG is aimed at employees who have been at NNS for five years or less. The goal is to enhance the new employee experience by providing opportunities for personal development and growth as well as building professional networks across the company.
