HII is transitioning from Get There to Concur Travel on May 21 for travel arrangements made online through REZDESK. This change promises to streamline the travel process, making it not only easier and more efficient but also more accurate. Concur will more clearly identify policy compliant travel options and align employee travel planning more seamlessly with company guidelines. There are no changes to how HII’s policies and rules are applied as a result of this transition. Please note only the online booking tool is changing. There will be no change to the expense reporting tools used by HII divisions (Chrome River and Cost Point).

To ensure a smooth transition for all travel planners and arrangers, tailored guidance and training will be provided; training dates will be announced in the coming weeks. Ahead of go-live on May 21, there will be a blackout period from May 13-20, during which online booking will not be available. During this period, travel arrangements and changes can be made by calling AdTrav’s full service desk at 1-855-401-4558. AdTrav will be prepared to handle the increase in call volume.

Note that while the first video also addresses how to submit expenses reports via Concur, HII is not transitioning to Concur’s expense tool; kindly disregard that facet of the video. Training incorporating content tailored to HII will be announced closer to the go-live date.
