On Saturday, March 21, the Class of 2025 will join more than 11,000 alumni who have graduated from Newport News Shipbuilding’s Apprentice School.

The commencement – set for 10 a.m. – will be livestreamed at hii.com/events/apprentice-school-graduation and on the HII Facebook and YouTube pages for anyone interested in viewing the ceremony.

Of the 128 graduates, 24 earned Gold Athletic Awards; 69 completed Frontline FAST, an accelerated skills training program for potential foremen; and 105 graduates earned associate of applied science in maritime technology degrees.
