During the week of March 3-10, NNS is hosting events to highlight the importance of valuing and showing appreciation and investing in employees’ careers and financial, social, physical and community well-being every day.

See the list of events and activities below. Shipbuilders are encouraged to get involved and take an opportunity to appreciate a fellow co-worker/peer, mentee, mentor, leader or best friend at work for their positive impact on NNS’ work culture.

Calling all leaders in the foreman role. Senior leaders across the enterprise are interested in investing in you. Come out to one of two sessions and glean from their experiences, lessons learned and best practices to help build, strengthen and enhance your leadership skills. Red Cross Appreciation Road Show

Various locations across the shipyard and off-campus buildings

The Red Cross is coming to show its appreciation to the NNS family for the generous donations given in 2022 that funded its new emergency response vehicle (ERV). The Red Cross will be on-site with the ERV along with a token of their appreciation to shipbuilders.
