Newport News Shipbuilding is offering $1,000 cash bonus awards to current NNS employees who refer someone hired to an ABET required engineer 1 position. This initiative is for engineer 1 positions posted Feb. 6 through April 1.

NNS needs to hire hundreds of entry-level and experienced engineers this year. The company is recruiting December 2022 college graduates and May/June 2023 graduates for entry-level engineering positions.
