NNS Outfitters’ Bldg. 500 location opened last week, offering an expanded inventory of high-quality, low-cost NNS-branded apparel, accessories and more.

Shipbuilder Ryan Baker (E82) visited the store on opening day.

“I love it,” he said. “There are a lot of options. It’s really great to represent Newport News Shipbuilding outside of work.”

NNS Outfitters will continue to operate its retail trailer and support the following hours at each location:

Monday: Both locations closed

Tuesday: Bldg. 500; 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.

Wednesday: Trailer; 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Thursday: Bldg. 500; 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.

Friday: Trailer; 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
