This summer, Newport News Shipbuilding will transition from Learning Exchange (LX) – its current learning management system (LMS) – to SuccessFactors Learning (MyLearning).

MyLearning will become the official system of record for training at NNS.

“This initiative aims to empower our workforce and enhance our organizational capabilities by providing an updated and improved learning management system,” said Michelle Gareau, director of Learning and Development.

The new LMS will feature improved functionality and a more modern look and feel, among other benefits. As the go-live date approaches, shipbuilders will receive training resources to prepare for the transition to the new system. For more information, view the MyLearning information sheet on MyNNS.
