Newport News Shipbuilding’s six company values – Integrity, Safety, Respect, Engagement, Responsibility and Performance – provide the foundation for who we are as shipbuilders and how all employees are to behave.

Over the coming months, supervisors are discussing with their teams the importance of each NNS value and displaying posters that highlight each value. October’s focus is on Safety.
