October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Join Women in Shipbuilding Enterprise (WiSE) and the HII Family Health Center in the fight against breast cancer.

A mobile mammogramy unit will be on-site at the health center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 23. To schedule a screening, call or visit the health center. Shipbuilders from WiSE also will be on-site from 2 to 4 p.m. to pass out awareness swag, take pictures and have a prize drawing.

Those who are unable to attend but want to show your support can take a group picture wearing pink and send it to [email protected] to be displayed on the WiSE website. For more information contact Paula Young or Brenda Meekins. Please note that no charge is provided.​
