Labor Compliance (O73) conducts thousands of internal floor check audits throughout the year to assess how well Newport News Shipbuilding’s workforce understands the company’s time charging policies. Furthermore, these floor check audits provide the necessary time charging education to the workforce in order to prepare them for potential DCAA audit. Employees can be audited by DCAA or O73 on the time charging policies at any time.
