Newport News Shipbuilding is offering $500 cash bonus awards to current employees who refer trades candidates who are hired. Referrals must be submitted through the internal employee Careers site signing in with the employee’s MyHR ID and must be submitted by Dec. 31. Employees will be required to submit a copy of their referral’s resume; this is a system requirement. Both the referral and job seeker’s application must be submitted before the job posting deadline.
