HII will transition to a new system for travel arrangements on May 21. Concur Travel will replace Get There, and employees should keep in mind these key points:

• No travel can be booked online during the blackout period from May 13 until May 20.
• Book all known travel before May 13.
• Wait, if possible, until after the end of the blackout period to book new travel. Limit booking of emergent travel during the blackout period to only those trips scheduled for the forthcoming two weeks.
• Be prepared for longer-than-normal wait times during the blackout period. While AdTrav is adding additional staff to assist with the influx of call volume during this time, hold times could be longer than normal.
