The Model of Excellence (MOE) nomination period comes to an end April 15.

The MOE is a prestigious, highly competitive, presidential award presented to an individual or team demonstrating excellence within Newport News Shipbuilding’s overall strategic priorities and mission, aligned with our company values. Any shipbuilder may nominate another shipbuilder or project for an MOE.
