As a reminder, no-drive times at Newport News Shipbuilding have been adjusted to align with the change in second-shift hours. The new no-drive times are listed below.

• 6-6:10 a.m.
• 11-11:10 a.m.
• 12-12:10 p.m.
• 2:30-2:40 p.m.
• 3:30-3:40 p.m.
• 12-12:10 a.m.

During these times, employees are not required to remain in designated walkways inside the shipyard. However, employees must adhere to all posted signage and maintain situational awareness while in transit. ​
