Newport News Shipbuilding recently installed new bike racks near turnstiles and in the North Yard parking lot.

As a reminder, all scooters and bikes on company property must be parked in a designated bike area or rack. They should not be chained to the fence line, parking signs or any other structure on company property. Any bikes or scooters found in violation will be confiscated by NNS Security, and any damage to locks or chains will be at the owner’s expense.

Shipbuilders who believe their bike or scooter has been confiscated should call 757-380-4031 for retrieval.
