With Matt Mulherin Jr.’s recent move from Contracts & Pricing to Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing, I am pleased to share that Roger Kelly has been promoted to vice president of Contracts & Pricing. This change is effective immediately, and Roger will report to me.

Roger brings more than 26 years of technical, financial and leadership experience to this position, which includes overall responsibility for contracts, pricing and export/import licensing and compliance for NNS.

Roger earned a civil engineering degree from Old Dominion University (ODU) and joined NNS as a nuclear engineer in 1999, supporting the Virginia-Class Submarine Program. After completing graduate school with an MBA from ODU, he transitioned into our business management team where he was responsible for negotiating and administering all submarine contracts for the company. Prior to his promotion, Roger served as director of Contracts & Pricing with responsibility for all new construction contracts.

I am confident Roger has the leadership, business and technical expertise required to lead impactful contract negotiations on behalf of our team. Please join me in congratulating Roger in his new role.
