Newport News Shipbuilding is hosting the second Technology Accelerator event on Oct. 28 and 29.

Co‑sponsored by the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS), the Technology Accelerator enables strategic partners, suppliers and vendors to feature cutting edge, breakthrough technologies that support shipbuilding by shortening build cycles, reducing costs and improving quality.

This event includes exhibits and presentations for the U.S. Navy from shipbuilders, NNS technology partners and industry suppliers.

Attendance is by invitation only; however, shipbuilders interested in knowing more about the Technology Accelerator can email [email protected] or visit the event page on MyNNS.
