Newport News Shipbuilding and leased employees who are unable to submit their proof of vaccination electronically can bring their proof to the NNS Access Center (Bldg. 625) Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 12:30 until 4:30 p.m. The in-person option is available now until Nov. 29. The center also will be open on Saturday, Oct. 23, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Those who received their COVID-19 vaccine from QuadMed, the NNS Vaccination Site or an in-yard vaccination event do not need to submit proof. As a reminder, proof of vaccination also can be emailed to [email protected] through Nov. 24. The email should include the employee’s name and PERNR.
