As a reminder, all Newport News Shipbuilding employees with a security clearance are required to report personal foreign travel to their division’s facility service officer (FSO) at least 15 business days prior to departure. To make a report, complete a Foreign Travel Request form on the O15 MyNNS website. Information to be included on this form prior to travel should include the employee’s full itinerary – and any deviations from the original itinerary should be reported within five business days of the employee’s return.

NNS company assets, such as mobile phones, tablets and/or laptops are prohibited items on personal foreign travel.
