To better Enable Our Workforce, the Human Resources and Administration team is establishing ways Newport News Shipbuilding can be more intentional with employee retention and attracting new talent.

To help guide this process, stay surveys will be sent to all employees starting with the salaried workforce. Salaried employees will receive a message from Gallup with a link to the survey this week. Feedback will help create a work environment that inspires our people to be their best as we work to retain current employees and attract new talent.

Once dates for hourly survey are determined, information will be cascaded to employees.
