The Tell It engagement survey will take place Aug. 26-Sept. 11.

This survey takes less than five minutes to complete, and is a confidential way for every shipbuilder to share honest feedback about their experience. Results directly influence improvements across Newport News Shipbuilding and the entire HII enterprise.

Shipbuilder input shapes how the company improves tools, communication, recognition, growth opportunities, safety culture and the overall shipbuilder experience. When everyone participates, leadership gets a clear picture of what shipbuilders value and what needs attention. By listening to your feedback and acting on it where possible, NNS leaders can create a work environment that is supportive, inclusive and empowering.
