Please take a few minutes to review the following information:

• The survey is a short, confidential way for every shipbuilder to share honest feedback about their experience at HII/NNS. Results cannot be traced back to individual shipbuilders.

• All shipbuilders who started working for HII before Aug. 7, 2026, are eligible to participate in the survey electronically.
  • Shipbuilders with NNS computer access will receive an email from Perceptyx ([email protected]) inviting them to participate. The email as well as the link to the survey within the email is safe to click on and open.
  • Shipbuilders without NNS computer access will have the opportunity to participate in the survey at a designated time with their crew during work hours. Supervisors of these shipbuilders will provide additional details regarding their crew’s designated time and location to take the survey.
    • MyID will be required to login to the survey. MyID information can be found on your paystub or within MyHR.
    • Shipbuilders traveling to a designated survey site should use charge 0808-W, Quality Code: PERC for travel time.
