Two Newport News Shipbuilding employee resource groups (ERGs) have new executive sponsors.

Karey Malyszko, vice president of Plant Operations, is the executive sponsor for the Generational Integration Focus Team (GIFT). Jason Ward, vice president of Virginia-Class Submarine Construction, is the executive sponsor for the Veteran Employee Resource Group (VERG).
