Newport News Shipbuilding Talent Acquisition is hosting a series of virtual hiring events this summer to fill numerous trades positions. The next virtual hiring event for fitters will be held on Sept. 8. The deadline to apply is Sept. 1.

NNS is currently offering $500 sign-on bonuses to fitter trainee and entry-level new hires, and $1,000 sign-on bonuses to experienced fitter new hires. Job seekers who apply before Dec. 31 are eligible for the sign-on bonuses.
